i love my bagels. but i miss true NY bagels. espcially bagels from the LI. This place has a good variety of bagels and cream cheese, but the bagels are still like any other yucky bagel where the consistency is just like a loaf of bread

OK WHAT the freak is this place? It's like boston market and chicken out. except they just POUR the salt in everything. It was like I was eating spoonfuls of salt. UH SICK. do NOT ever go here. This place should be renamed to DooDooRoo

Crab at redondo Rating: Levi's

There are two korean places on the peir in redondo to eat Dungenous crabs. DELICIOUS. the one in the building that looks like a boat is delicious for real. Go there. The other one that has more choices - is ok. Not as good. But has more choices. Both are must tries, but Definitely the boat looking place for the crab.

Korea Plaza Rating: GAP

I had Soondae gook and wang mandoo. Both were just whatever. Korea Plaza is a good place to eat if you are there shopping. Don't go there just to eat.

Western Soondae Rating: Levi's

I went here with Linn and his cousin. The soondae gook has all the gross stuff in it that I don't like. Like intestines and liver and whatever else. But the broth is delicious. I just picked everything else out. The soondae is a little different that normal soondae. It's thin. And they cut it in long thin pieces. Not at the angle like regular soondae. It tastes a little different too. But it's good.

Shik Do Rak Rating: GAP

I went to this place 10 years ago. it was SO GOOD. the chik nengmyun was outrageous! and this is the first place I ever ate dduk bo ssam. I went again a few weeks ago with Mom. It was just aight. I went again with the girls. Again, just aight. Too many better places have sprouted up in the last 10 years.

Kyochon Rating: Levi's

Kyochon in NY is Way better. LA Kyochon did NOT have good french fries, tart yogurt ice cream at the end, and does not serve alcohol. Also the spicy flavor is very different than in NY. LA one is more saucier and redder. The soy sauce one was too soy saucy. But KFC (korean fried chicken) is still KFC. and is still good.

The Grove Rating: Levi's

I guess I shouldn't put the grove into one category because there are so many places to eat. But I like the food here. There are many choices. The udon is ok. The seafood place in the middle is semi ok. The korean place is pretty good. The brazillian bbq place is AWESOME! try the sausage and garlic steak. YUM.

Gallaria Rating: Levi's

Dwen Jang was awesome!

Omoorice was WEIRD. it had spaghetti sauce and yellow cheese sauce on top of it. EW. What the? Give my ketchup!

Galleria food seems to be better than Korea Plaza food. and Gallareia also has this outside patio. NICE!
