Flavored tofu?

On Top Chef, they did something similar to that. He cooked the tofu in steak fat or something, so it was tofu, but tasted like steak. It won that week too!

*Chungbajee is a nickname given to me by a childhood friend during hangul hakgyo (korean language school) probably around 6th or 7th grade. Literally translated, chungbajee means denim pants - jeans.
